Meet the People Team
Our People team is constantly learning and evolving, and our goal is to provide a "wow" experience to every candidate and team member. Depending on the role you're applying to, you may work with Hinal, David, Kelsey, or Erin — but we're all working together to get you to AndHealth and set you up for success.

Recruiting @ AndHealth
We know your time is valuable — if you've dedicated time to apply to a position with AndHealth, you deserve to know what to expect during each phase of the candidate experience. Interviewing with AndHealth isn't a one-way process, it's an exchange. We encourage you to ask questions along the way and make the most of your interactions to get to know us!
Apply & Application Review
Our People team reviews every application without auto-screening or AI. We do, however, use "knock-out" questions (e.g., if a position requires an RN license and you indicate you don't have one, you may be declined automatically). While we can't contact every applicant, we do our best to send electronic status notifications whenever possible.
Recruiter Screen
A ~30 minute Zoom call with our People team (you may be asked to self-schedule via Calendly). We'll cover:
- The company — AndHealth's history, evolution, and care model
- The job — background and expectations of the role
- What we offer — compensation, benefits, and location details
- We're hoping to learn about your professional experience, personal interests, and why you're interested in joining AndHealth.
- Next steps — our process and timeline
Hiring Manager Interview
A Zoom call with the hiring leader to connect directly. This conversation will:
- Provide a detailed view into the scope and impact of the position
- Illustrate a "day in the life" in the role
- Discuss team structure and near/long-term goals
- Probe deeper into your unique background and skills
Assessments
We partner with CriteriaCorp and Personalysis to incorporate scientifically validated assessments into our process — there are no right or wrong answers. They simply help prepare more relevant interview questions while reducing bias. Depending on the role, this may include:
- Employee Personality Profile (EPP): 12 personality traits predictive of work style (~10 min)
- Criteria Think Reason Solve (CTRS): critical thinking & problem-solving (~15 min)
- Emotify: perceiving, understanding, and managing emotions (~20 min)
- Personalysis: preferred activities, social expectations, and instinctive needs (~20 min)
Note: AndHealth covers the cost of your assessment — please don't forward/share the assessment link(s) with anyone else.
Panel Interview
Every finalist meets with a diverse panel of leaders, teammates, and key stakeholders the role will interact with frequently — giving you a broader view of the organization and how we solve problems together. Bring your questions; this step is very much about you getting to know us, too!
Project Day
For every opening, finalists complete an experiential project / work sample connected to the actual work of the role — e.g., fictional patient role-plays, presentations, or analysis of sample data. This goes beyond a typical Q&A interview: we view you as the subject-matter expert and want to see you do the work, not just talk about it.
Offer & Pre-Employment
If you receive an offer (congrats!), here's what's next:
- Verbal Offer — a call covering title, compensation & benefits, start date, and location
- Offer Letter — an electronic letter to sign (DocuSign or our ATS) that kicks off pre-employment tasks
- Pre-Employment Agreements — covering social media, IP, and confidential information policies
- Background Screening — via Checkr (criminal background, SSN trace, healthcare sanctions, employment/education/license verification, MVR, etc.)
- Clinical Credentialing — for patient-care roles: reference and license verification, provider database queries, etc.
- Clinical Employment Agreement — for patient-care roles, further defining scope and employment terms
- Pre-Employment Tasks — payroll setup, welcome survey, and more sent ahead of your start date

AndHealth HQ — Where We Work
As a rapidly-growing company, information is exchanged constantly and maintaining a culture of camaraderie and collaboration is a priority. AndHealth operates in an in-office-first model, with the majority of our team — including senior leaders, corporate and technology teams, and centralized COEs — based on-site at our Columbus, Ohio HQ.
Some team members are field-based and embedded with our partners (Community Health Centers, Health Systems, etc.), such as Clinical Support Teams, Clinicians/Providers, and Partner Support Teams.
Visiting our Office
If you're coming into the office for an interview, there are "Visitor" designated parking spots on the Orange-level. After taking a ticket to enter the garage, the Orange-level is just inside the gate and in front of the elevators. Take the stairs or elevator to the Blue-level, enter the Miranova lobby, and check in at the front desk. Make sure to bring your ticket with you so we can validate it.

Interview Tips & Tricks
- Everyone loves a candidate who does their homework! Look up the individuals you'll be meeting (we'll provide their names ahead of time), and research AndHealth's business model and services. Check out why we were founded and reflect on our mission to improve access and outcomes for specialty care.
- Arrive early. If you're visiting our office for the first time, there may be traffic and/or construction delays. Try to arrive 10–15 minutes early.
- Attire. We're a business casual environment. While we encourage everyone to bring their whole selves to work, please be well groomed and use your best judgment. Questions? Ask your recruiter.
- Leading with why. Be prepared for basic opening questions, such as: Why are you interested in AndHealth? Tell us about yourself — what might we not get from your resume? Why do you feel you'd be a great fit for this position?
- Anticipate questions. Look at your resume next to the job description. Prepare responses to questions you would ask as an interviewer.
- The STAR method. We focus on open-ended questions that lead to meaningful conversations. Use STAR as a guide when crafting responses to behavioral questions:
Situation — Describe a situation when...Task — What were you asked to accomplish?Action — What did you do? How did you approach it?Result — What did you achieve? What would you do differently?
- Address any gaps. Were you laid off? Take time away to care for a family member? Things happen — explain the circumstances, no need to worry.
- Come with questions. This is your chance to interview us, too. We value curiosity and want to answer your questions.
- Enjoy the experience. Don't overthink what you could have done better. Reflect on the interview and decide if we're a fit for you — and if you have feedback on the experience, share it with your recruiter!
Understanding Recruitment Fraud
Recruitment fraud is becoming more common every day — criminals imitating business entities with fake job opportunities, typically through job boards, fraudulent websites, or outreach pretending to represent AndHealth employees, vendors, or partners. These scams eventually request personal information and/or payment in exchange for consideration or "onboarding" to jobs that don't exist.
What you should know
- Authorized representatives of AndHealth will only contact you from an email address ending in @andhealth.com.
- We will never extend job offers or ask for sensitive/personally identifiable information (DOB, SSN, banking details, etc.) via chat, SMS, social media, job boards, or any other non-secure system.
- We will never ask you to send payments connected to your employment or to purchase equipment for onboarding. Never send payment to any party suggesting they can help you gain employment at AndHealth.
- Any legitimate offer only comes after a full recruiting process: application via andhealth.com/careers, screenings and interviews, assessments (CriteriaCorp), and background checks (Checkr).
If you think you've been scammed
- Review the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's job/recruiting scam resources
- Report it at ReportFraud.ftc.gov and to your state's Attorney General at usa.gov/state-attorney-general
- Log a complaint with the Internet Crime Complaint Center
- Contact AndHealth directly at (614) 321-9743 to share the details of your experience
